I just bought a phone from a friend since I recently started mine, I logged in with my iCloud and all but when I went in to put my card info it has someone else’s card recorded on there and it’s not mine nor my friends. It says I can’t remove because there’s a subscription that hasn’t been payed. How do I remove it it’s not my card?

Check this carefully. Look at Settings > [your Apple ID] > Subscriptions.
This is a serious problem. Your friend sold you an iPhone that was not thoroughly cleansed. You (and/or this friend) need to do the following. If it can’t be done, return the iPhone and get a refund.

It’s weird because the phone has always been my friends she bought it brand new, plus the card on the phone is not even her banks debit card. She had a different bank, and the phone was completely erased and restarted when she sold it to me.
