Then contact your cellular provider.


Where did you get the watch?


If like so many people in your part of the world, you got a watch from the US, it will NOT work on cellular providers outside of North America.

You have not given us any information at all that could be useful in troubleshooting your problem.

We have no idea what model phone/watch you have, what version of iOS/watchOS you're running, what country you're in, or what carrier you're using, and if you're getting an error message of some kind, we have no idea what it says.
