Is ipade 8 has a warranty if I buy it from noon(online shop) ? And if it a warranty this warranty is for how long ?

If you buy it from an Apple Authrorized retailer or Apple itself the warranty starts the day you buy the device. If you buy it from a third party reseller it started the day they bought it from Apple, not when you bought it from them.
