I want to move away from Apple but... I have question regarding I two-factor authentication.

Apparently, I want to stop using Iphone... meaning that I will let go of my device to my family members. By then, how will I do the Two-Factor authentication as I still have use for the iCloud? (because I want to disconnect my apple id with all existing device)

If I don't have an apple device, and I can't turn off two factor Authentication, then Apple has effectively locked me out of my iCloud account! Two factor authentication What if I only have one apple device? I'm about to get rid of all my apple devices except my phone, and I want two factor authentication turned off NOW before I only have one device and am stuck. This is a sneaky way apple is forcing people to buy more than one apple device, and I don't like it. I'm thinking about complaining to the BBB and any other place I can think of. I'm sure there's something in those ridiculously long user agreements that no one ever reads saying we agree to use irreversible two factor authentication, but this isn't right. It's a hassle when someone loses or breaks their second device or in my case if they want to get rid of their unnecessary apple devices. How does apple intend to address this issue? I've already seen dozens of complaints from just one Google search.

Go to https://appleid.apple.com, and in the Security section create additional trusted phone numbers.
