space in Pages

Hi,

In the first screenshot, the cursor is located in front of Leading.

Then, I pressed the Return key.

The line is pushed down.

But there is a big space in the second screenshot.

Is there any way to remove that space?

For example,

... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... 1948.
