How to download music on Apple Music with the 75 days restriction

Pls help I can’t download my music to my library on my Apple Music for 75days it says “ THIS DEVICE CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED This device must be linked to your Apple ID to play content saved offline. This device is already linked and cannot be transferred for 75 days” how do I remove it

You wait for 75 days. On changing your login there is a 90 day wait before you can change back, specifically to stop people logging in temporarily to other people's libraries. It's designed not to be got round.
