iPhone battery health
I bought iPhone 12 around 7 months ago. My battery health was 100% till 4 months of usage but has dropped to 94% in the next 3 months. I am a bit worried about it. Is there a help for this?

Batteries get used up. How quickly depends upon how much you use the phone and even if you told me how much I would have no idea what kind of numbers to tell you because I am not an Apple engineer or battery scientist. What I can see is your battery level is within what is deemed acceptable by that document.
All you can do is try to treat your battery as nicely as possible to maximize its life. If you only use it for a few minutes per day the way I do it will likely last many, many years. If you watch movies 8 hours per day then it won't.

But this is just a general aspect of battery performance and is not specific to the issue.
