You can also turn it off directly from your phone in Settings if you still have the phone.


Tap the Apple ID menu at the top in the Settings app.


Tap "Find My".




Tap "Find my iPhone".





Tap the green button for "Find My iPhone" and it will toggle off. You will need to enter your Apple ID password to disable it.
