MacBook Pro not get repaired for the last 3 months

I have been waiting for the last 3 months for my MacBook Pro to get repaired. I have invested in apple care plus, so want onsite repair but even for many following up nothing is happening.

I frustrated don't know what to do?

Can I conclude that Apple doesn't care much about Indian customer?

Details are as follows:-

Serial Number: FV***05F

Purchase Date: 22-02-2021

If you will read all of the terms (the little # 3 link) - it states to read the following for the complete terms:

https://www.apple.com/in/legal/sales-support/applecare/applecareplus/in/mac/

which states exactly what I said in my last post.

As an aside, arguing your point here is not helpful to you. You are arguing legal terms with other users which is not productive. You need to deal with Apple.

I referred below link when purchased apple care plus which clearly mention that apple are plus is for onsite :-https://www.apple.com/in/support/products/mac/

See below:-

Because Apple designs the computer, the operating system and many applications, Mac is a truly integrated system. And only AppleCare+ gives you one-stop service and support from Apple experts, so most issues can be resolved in a single call.2

  • Priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone

  • Global repair coverage1
  • Onsite service: Request that a technician come to your work location or have a courier pick up your Mac for service3
  • Carry-in repair3: Take your Mac to an Apple Authorised Service Provider

These terms have been in every Applecare agreement I have read for many years:

b) Onsite service. Onsite service is available for many desktop computers (and many portable computers in Canada) as well as for the Apple-branded display if the location of the Covered Equipment is within 50 miles (80 kilometers) radius of an Apple Authorized Onsite Service Provider.

These are from the US terms.
