Delete an app, not just remove.
Does anyone know how to really delete and not just remove? I am using 14.6 and it is not like this article describes. There is no access to "delete". Only remove.

First disable the Screen Time Restrictions, if any.
Settings > Screen Time > Contenet And Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps > [Allow]

You may have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON.
Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ iTunes & App Store Purchases ➔ Deleting Apps : Set this to ALLOW.
