keychain login unlock/delete greyed out

MacBook Pro

Big Sur 11.4 2020.

I want to unlock a login keychain so I can delete it, but when I right click on the icon the options are greyed out. There's nothing in them as I was trying to copy my old keychains over by replacing the bits in the folder as I only have a copy of my old keychain folder which I saved to an external HD just as my old Mac was dying and didn't get the chance to do anything else.

While trying to replace bits I ended up with the below.

The image looks like the attached screen captures.

How do I get around this.

Thanks for any replies.

PS. Could you explain it in simple layman's terms if possible...new to this flipping thing.

Be kind to me.
