Mac not recognizing none of my iPhones

Hello having an issue for a long time I don't know why when I plug my iPhones for a restart or for a backup via finder now the Mac is not recognizing the phones, like you know plugs and unplugs not even charging them, now I would like to hard Reset my iPhone 7 plus and my iPhone Xs and I can't ask I mentioned before this is not a new issue but now I really need to fix it and here we don't have an apple store only authorized center that almost take all your money only for a question so if anyone can help me
