Can't claim the 3 months Apple Arcade after buying a new MacBook

Hi, I have bought a brand new MacBook Pro from official Apple seller. I was looking forward to claim the free 3 months of Apple Arcade, however when I go to App Store, I can see only the regular 1 month free trial. I wonder whether it might be because I have moved the content from my previous MacBook to this new one, and App Store did not recognized that this is a brand new device?
