Did you remove the home app or remove HomePod from the home app??
if you removed the home app you need to reinstall it from the App Store to proceed with setting the HomePod back up.

How do I know what Wifi network the home pod is on? My network changed and I updated my phone but my homepod now won't sign in. I removed the home and am trying to reconnect but it's saying it's having trouble with the wifi and won't appear as an accessory when I hold the phone near it.
Try rebooting your wifi router Make sure it’s on the same wifi network as the iOS device you used to set it up with
