If you purchased watch less than 14 days ago, you can return it for a full refund and use the money to buy whatever watch you want.

If its been more than 14 days, then no. You will need to sell it privately and then buy whatever else you want.

The Gold case in aluminum has a slightly rosier tint, but is not actually rose gold. It is Gold. Just not as stark gold as the stainless steel version.

As I said, if you want to change the case to a stainless steel version you can return the watch buy the stainless steel version.

There is no option to change just the case. and there is no other Gold color for the aluminum version.

Indeed. It's closer to pink than yellow, but it's still labeled as Gold, and there is no other gold option for the Aluminum model.

Thanks to Crayola we label gold as a color but it isn't one by itself, there is yellow, rose, champagne, white, etc. gold.

True. Not arguing what the actual color is or what it looks like. Just the fact that is what Apple labels it as.
