Buying from target, service at Apple store
if i buy an apple product at target can i still have it serviced at an apple store if needed

If Target is an Authorized Apple Reseller (I don't know). It would help to make sure they register the purchase with Apple at the store. This saves you the hassle of having to do it with Apple later with your receipt.
