Charging pin broke off into iPad

Is there any way to get charging pin piece out of iPad so I can charge and still use iPad?

You would be best advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store, or Apple Authorised Service Provider, where the technicians with special tools will be able to assist.
