This is a Scam:

Apple will not send you such an message. So, report this to Apple. Go Here: Using the Photos App to Report Scams: - User Tip

Modifying your Credentials:

Important: If you tapped on any link, then your Apple ID may be a risk here. If you did not interact with it, then you are fine from here. So, if you interacted with the message, consider modifying your credentials, starting with a new password.

• Modify: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Passwordfor each and all sites)
• Associate: a different method of payment to your account
• Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option

t's a scam. Ignore it. Don't tap on it. If it was in your browser go to Settings > Safari and "clear history and website data."
