Stolen phone while traveling abroad.

My phone was just stolen while we are on vacation (from the US) in the UK.

Can the UK Apple Stores replace my phone through Apple Care?

I know SIM cards are different and am trying to get as much info as I can before they open tomorrow. UGH. Any info is much appreciated.

If you have the USA AppleCare+ with loss and theft coverage, you must make a claim with the insurance company, not Apple.

AppleCare+ (no loss or theft coverage) does not replace lost or stolen devices. You would have to buy a replacement.
