Recently my iPhone camera had a black screen where the main camera would not take any pictures. I rebooted the phone and did all the other things that you normally do but none worked. I noticed online theere were websites chronicling the problem offering pretty mch all the usual solutions. Frustrated that the problem continued, I blurted out “Siri, turn on the camera!” was shocked because the phone turned on the camera again back to normal. So when in doubt, ask Siri. Hope this helps.
