Disabled account

I tried to join my daughters family sharing but all it tells me is that my account is disabled from the App Store and iTunes

iPhone 12, iOS 14

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
