Download apps
When I try to redownload apps, it’s not downloading!😡 I am asked to enter my password,I do, I am asked to verify my address,I do. But it will not redownload. I don’t understand what the problem is.

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.

Try a forced restart.
