Using my MacBook Pro connected to the charger

Hey I just wanna know If can i use my MacBook Pro connected to the charger when I use it in my house.. does it affect the durability of the battery when I need to use it without the charger? Like I know I don’t waste cycles but do you recommend to do that.

Also, i have read some articles saying that I need to charge the battery to 80%, but if I use it charging it’s gonna be always to 100%, so idk what’s the best to the computer battery.

almost all the time i use it in my house

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.5

If you are near the mains keep it plugged in—this is how you reduce the cycle count and prolong the life of your battery.

If you need the portability, then run on the battery.

You Mac will never over charge.

You do not need to micro-manage the battery—

Mac notebook computers with an Intel processor use battery health management, a feature designed to improve the lifespan of your computer's battery.
