Because iPadOS found out that your wifi network password is not so secure, and is suggesting to use a more strong (WPA2-AES or WP3) type of password, if your modem-router can support it.

Change your password type in your modem router, by following this support article:--> Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points, or contact your modem-router manufacturer and ask them.
