How can I reset my childs password or delete his account ftom his ipad without the password? We cant put anything onto it for him as we have forgotten the password? I am not getting the option to reset password using my phone.

What you need to do depends upon if this is a "child" as Apple defines it:
Create an Apple ID for your child - https://support.apple.com/HT201084
- "Your email address is the rescue email address for your child’s account, and you can use it with the security questions you provided to reset a forgotten password. You can keep your your child's account more secure with two-factor authentication."
