Accidentally clicked on an advertisement while reading an online book and it was highlighted that my phone was hacked.Please check.

If you have not jailbroken your phone and your iOS version is 12.5.5 it has not been hacked. You got a phishing message hoping that you would respond and provide info so your identity could be stolen.
Your phone won't be hacked by pressing an Ad saying your phone was hacked.
In the future best ignore any ads like that, And perhaps stay away from sites that allow ads spreading false information
My version is not updated to 12.5.5 but i havent Tell any information to these site(only clicked and then closed)
