Retaken apple ID, reset password

Somebady accesed to my old apple ID, turn on TwoFVer and put another phone number. I still have acess to that email (11years old yaho email) but there is no option on iforgot.apple,com to reset password via email or security question, only via phone number. That is not my phone number and i dont know now how to reset apple id password. How to reset pass via "old school method", email or security answer?
