Several iCloud Drive (Archive) Folders Exist on My Mac | Is there a way to combine these without deleting files or folders?

Hello Everyone --

According to a Senior AppleCare Advisor, these iCloud Drive (Archive) directories are created every time one logs out of iCloud Drive in order to back up the user’s files. Unfortunately, I did not know this when I was previously instructed to log out of iCloud each time by an AppleCare Advisor.

Because of this, I now have a total of 7 of these, as follows:

> iCloud Drive (Archive)

> iCloud Drive (Archive) - 1

> iCloud Drive (Archive) - 2

> iCloud Drive (Archive) - 3

> iCloud Drive (Archive) - 4

> iCloud Drive (Archive) - 5

> iCloud Drive (Archive) - 6

Each of these has a significant copy of my folder structure, as well as many files.

I would like to know if there is a way to combine each of these Directories / Folders so that I would have only 1 iCloud Drive (Archive). Further, could I then move the single iCloud Drive (Archive) into my Users folder so that I would have no duplicate files or folders?

What I am trying to find out is if there is a particular way to drag and drop these together without ending up deleting anything by combining them, or in the alternative, is there a Terminal command such as ‘Move Directory’ that would do it?

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!

Thanks for your consideration!

Click on iCloud Drive ( archive ) - 1 there is documents folders , some files will be inside it , if you want all files to be transferred to iCloud Drive ( archive ) copy and paste from iCloud Drive ( archive ) - 1 from the documents folder use command and A keys to select , command and C keys and paste in iCloud Drive ( archive ) in documents folder .

If you want selective files , hold shift , option and command keys together and just click on the desired files to get selected , again copy ( use command and C keys ) and paste ( use command and V keys ) .

Apply the same method for iCloud Drive ( archive ) - 2 , iCloud Drive ( archive ) - 3 ......., that is club up all selective files in one folder iCloud Drive ( archive ) .
