I sometimes don’t have celluar coverage don’t receive calls or text?

You can also click on Get Support at the top of this page and ask for a callback; if you do be sure to turn off Silence Unknown Callers first (in Settings/Phone).

You should also contact your carrier, as it may be a coverage problem in your location.
