Hello, my name is Tamara and im trying to update my phone for 4 days and it wont update from my phone or from my computer from iTunes.

Yes, ive done it following the instructions for like 6 times. And the error message is Update softver needs wifi connection try it later. I tried it with my computer but its the same ending like on my phone.
Then I would suggest that you get an appointment at an Apple Store for help with this.
What error message do you get? Did you follow these instructions: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204204
And when im trying it with iTunes then my whole iTunes get stucked.
