Bills

Hi, every almost month I get bills and it is 4,99€, I don’t know for what it is, because everywhere I look, It does not show that I got some subscription or have purchased something.


Also, today I saw, that it charged -7,99€ from me. How can I know why and maybe it is possible to get refund?

See each of the steps in the following instructions (in addition to what you've already checked). They include information on contacting Apple Support if the other steps don't help: If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
