I switched phones and when I did all of my saved passwords ended up getting deleted. I had on keychain and I made sure to back everything up. Then I took some advise to log out and reset the phone. I did that and I lost more things. I need my passwords back because they were for important sights

If you were previously using Keychain, and you did not delete passwords prior to resetting your phone..

On the new phone, you should just need to go in to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Keychain and turn it on.

This of course assumes you are using the same Apple ID as the previous phone.
