Can I bulk delete Cache files this way?

I'm trying to consolidate material from 7 years of shooting on a particular film. It's coming off a dozen or more drives into a single RAID setup. Some of it is older material and has a lot of curious files in Media that I'm not sure are relevant anymore. Such as a huge pile of Cache.fcpcache files. See attached image.

I will be re-editing all this material, don't need any render files ... some of these Cache files are huge (187GB).

Can I just delete these Cache.fcpchache files? And then when I open the older 'project' timelines I can remake any necessary Proxy files, and re-render any effects.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated ... Ben

Cache bundles are made to be dumped. Chuck 'em.
