Stolen phone

My phone is stolen and I want to put it in lost mood but I don’t have it’s Apple IDs but I do have the serial number

No way to put it in lost mode without using Apple ID and related password as per this support article:--> Use Lost Mode in Find My iPhone on iCloud.com – Apple Support (UK)
