Iâve just been using my iPhone 12, when all of a sudden all my apps shut, and now it wonât let me open any app, wonât let me screenshot and wonât let me turn my phone off. The only thing I can do is talk to Siri, but when I ask him to open an app he says he canât, and then when I ask him to turn the phone off he says âthatâs beyond my abilities at the moment'. What can I do?

Use these steps to force restart your iPhone: Force restart iPhone. Then go over the steps outlined here: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or wonât open, including checking for iOS and app updates.
