I see you have a disabled Apple account but have not provided any indication why it is disabled. Apple has clearly indicated in similar topics* that in your situation they prefer you you contact them as provided in this document --> https://support.apple.com/HT208856

even though it may not necessarily be the one that provides most direct resolution to your issue. Accounts can be disabled for various reasons and the solutions may vary as outlined in a second document at this link --> https://support.apple.com/HT204106 but Apple has indicated the first document is the Recommended solution over the second document. (Ironically the second document includes the first document, but the second document is not Recommended over the first one in your situation.)
