Song from downloaded purchased album does not show up in iPhone library

Song indicated it was purchased in iphone Store but was not downloaded to library on iPhone

iPhone 13, iOS 15

In this case, it does seem like you just need to re download your previous purchases.

First I would confirm you are signed in with the correct Apple ID that was used to purchase the music.

Thanks for the suggestion. Have tried but did not work. Will request a refund and then try to download album again. Talked to someone from apple support and told it had something to do with music rights of one of songs. I may be wrong but this doesn’t make sense. The song would have been on CD. The iTunes Store indicates songs have been purchased but are no longer in my library.
