Can I just use my bank account info as I've been hacked by someone using CashApp and I now don't have a card to use

Apple Cash is a virtual card in and of itself. You can connect a bank account or debit card to it to transfer funds to and from Apple Cash.
But Apple Cash remains independent of your account.
