I am not able to pair my iphone13 with a speaker. I was able to with my previous iphone. I have tried all suggestions on Apple help page

Try restarting the iPhone and then attempting to pair again: link-> Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
Then as suggested in the support document, setup a Genius Bar appointment, and take the iPhone in to be checked out, there may be a hardware issue with the bluetooth hardware in the iPhone.
You can also verify it by trying to pair a different bluetooth device and see if it works.
Is the speaker set to pairing mode per its own instructions? So not paired to anything else.
Does it not appear in Settings->Bluetooth on your iPhone?
