My account has been disabled

After my hubby added me to his Apple Music family plan, I received a msg saying that my account has been disabled in App Store and iTunes. What can I do?

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
