iPhone 13 "duplicate Exchange Account already exists"

On my iPhone 13 I am getting a "duplicate Exchange Account already exists" after I have deleted my Exchange account and try to set it up again. It is not appearing any where so not sure what to do?

Check with your Exchange Administrator in your IT department. They should be able to assist you with account issues.
