Gift an album

I am in Germany iTunes store, and cannot see a gift option for an album. Can I only give them the album that I purchase myself?

Verushka,

Normally "Gift This Album" is the first line in the pull-down menu next to the price, as below. It is not necessary to buy the album yourself first.
