Some water dribbled on my iPhone and then the secret turned green for a while. Now no matter what I do it doesn't open, the screen stays black. How can I fix this?

Leave the phone off and in a dry location for several days. If it doesn’t recover it has permanent water damage, and needs to be repaired or replaced.
