Change country & subscriptions

Hi, I’ve moved country (from UK to Switzerland) and I need to change my Apple ID to reflect this so I can use apps needed here (eg for payment online), but when I followed the instructions to do this it said I needed to cancel any subscriptions I have attached to my ID first.

I have an AppleTV subscription which I’ve now cancelled but my account is still saying I can’t change country until the subscription is expired-this isn’t until Aug 2022!! Surely there is a way for me to change my country on Apple ID without having to wait 9 months?? Any help appreciated🙏
