If that doesn’t solve the problem post back and tell your phone model and iOS version (both in Settings/General/About) and where the process deviates from the video example.
There are a lot of users who monitor Apple Support Communities; responses are usually quick, unless you ask something that nobody knows how to solve, or it is 3 in the morning. Even those get answered eventually; usually within 24 hours.
That’s why I asked about the phone model and iOS version. That feature is not available on all devices and all iOS versions.
However, if you don’t see the Forgot Passcode the only option is to restore the phone to factory settings and not restore a backup.
