Have followed all steps, still not helpful. Model is iPhone 7 - A1778 so not eligible for repair programme. Is there no fix? These phones are not old, where is the support for a fault that has only arisen since the last iOS roll out.

But (as you’ve already tried “everything”), you’re headed for at least a diagnostic or an evaluation with Apple Support or at an Apple Store. That’s free. And probably for a repair, or replacement.
