Cellular service for overseas bought product

I just want to confirm if I bought a GPS + cellular watch 7 from USA is it works in India specifically cellular service ?

A cellular watch bought in the US will only function in North America,Canada,Mexico and Puerto Rico anywhere else it will function as a GPS only watch.
