Activation lock
So I recently got a hand-me-down and it has the activation lock on it but she said she took it off her iCloud… how can I remove it so I can put my stuff on it?

Tell its original owner to click here and submit an unlock request. Occasionally, removing the lock doesn't work properly; when this happens, only Apple is able to bypass it.
