The screen on my apple watch is lifting. why did this happen?

There may be various reasons for the screen to lift.

It may be that the Apple Watch took a hard hit, or it may be caused by the Apple Watch battery swelling.

I suggest you take your Apple Watch to the nearest Apple store so they can properly investigate the problem, and take further action to restore the Apple Watch.
