AirPods were connected to wrong phone

AirPods were connected to wrong phone. How can I set them up on my phone with my Apple ID?

Disable Bluetooth:

If you have no other Bluetooth device needed to connect to "the wrong phone", then disable Bluetooth on it. Once disabled, see if they connect to the correct phone.
